If a customer on autopay wishes to cancel their membership, they will have 10 days before the next payment cycle to cancel their membership. If classes are purchased and not attended, customers have until 12/31 of that year to schedule their makeup classes. If a customer has classes to makeup, but cancels their membership, their makeup classes will be voided.
